The SPA occupies a 1350 square meters of space. It is located in the stylobate part of the complex and has a direct connection to each residential section and the parking via high-speed Schindler elevators. • A full-size 25-meter pool with three lanes. Regular swimming is the best getaway from daily problems, and the best way to relieve stress and tone up. The water completely changes your sense of the body as you return to the original element. That is why relaxation is always associated with water. The residents of the Signature apartment complex enjoy the opportunity to use the pool when it suits them.
• Aheated poolfor kids (from 3 months to 7 years). Children love playing in the water, but large pools and cold water can be stressful for a kid. A heated pool for kids is created to care for the little residents. This is a safe area of children's delight and joy.
• The bath complex of the Blue Lagoon SPA has a hammam (Turkish bath), a Roman steam bath, a Finnish sauna, and an infrared sauna. Depending on your likes and wishes, in the bath complex, you can get a foam relaxation, skin peeling, detox from the substances that city residents accumulate every day, and the general immunity boost. This is a great opportunity to "switch off" from everyday troubles.

All water in the Signature apartment complex and Blue Lagoon SPA undergoes thorough eight-stage purification. It meets all the European standards. Our water does not contain chlorine and other harmful substances. It has an optimal acid-base balance. We use Austrian revitalization technology to further enrich the water. By the way, Austrian tap water is one of the cleanest and healthiest in the world. Our water runs through Swiss Geberit stainless steel pipes.
