Architecture and Design of the Signature Residential Complex – the Style of Modern Times.

Cut corners. Why German architects have chosen a parametric style for the Signature.

The unique parametric look of the Signature was created by the team of Shmidhuber, the German architectural bureau. During 30 years of successful work, the bureau specialists have implemented thousands of innovative and creative projects in architecture and design, and deserved fame and recognition. More than 300 international awards and cooperation with the world’s famous corporations testify to professional achievements. The project of the public space – the Signature Garden – on the roof of the stylobate was developed by Dmytro Aranchii, the Ukraine’s leading parametric design expert, Ukrainian architect, and author of the Ukrainian Pavilion at the World Expo 2015 in Milan. In landscape design, Dmytro Aranchii used parametric design technology to create a unique and light atmosphere for residents.

Paths around the lake are turning into winding labyrinths, and barbecue areas are becoming a meeting place. Children's attractions are designed in such a way that a child of any age played on the street with interest and benefit. At the same time, playgrounds are safe and reveal the desire in children to explore the world around them.
