However, due to the small size of available land plots, most new buildings in central Kyiv have limited open space or none at all. The public space of the Signature Apartment Complex is a safe and cozy location for the residents and their guests. It is possible to get to the Signature garden directly from the building or via one of the entrances, which are guarded by security.
